Iran's Executioners: Ayatollah Boroujerdi to Be Executed at Any Time

According to the family of Ayatollah Hossein Kazamani Boroujerdi, he was moved to a new solitary-confinement cell, with his hands and feet shackled to the wall so he can not move. This is the cell to which the authorities usually take prisoners the day before their execution. Boroujerdi has been told that he will be hanged tomorrow, but he could be executed at any time. His crime was to recommend separating religion from state. Iran will in all likelihood soon execute Ayatollah Boroujerdi to show the U.S. and the international community -- so eager to allow it a nuclear capability -- that no matter what it does, there will not be even the slightest protest from the West.
